Janet Wise, Founder/CEO  of  The Collaborative Factor, holds an M.S. in Human Resources Development from Fordham University Graduate School of Education and a B.S. in Business Administration (Management) from Widener University. She is also a graduate of B/Coach, and a Licensed and Certified Strategic Attraction™ Coach.

Before opening her own business, Janet spent more than 10 years working with several Fortune 500 corporations. At JPMorganChase, she developed and implemented global training programs in Leadership and Professional Development; for an international law firm, she served as Senior Training Specialist, responsible for Leadership Development and Client Focus training initiatives; and with Avon Products, she held the position of North America Senior Manager – Training and Development.

Janet passionately believes that, with a strong vision, daily discipline, the right support, and inspiration, from both internal and external sources, you can reinvent your life and achieve tremendous success.   Janet quickly realized her success was on a fast track and attributed that to one single factor:  Leveraging the Power of Many.   Indeed, she is living proof that you can create a life which is a true reflection of who you are and what you value. As a single mother raising two children and while in management positions with large corporations, she successfully completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.  ” I knew I needed to be the one to take action,  and I knew I didn’t have to go it alone, if I wanted to see results fast, I knew surrounding myself with other talented and motivated  people together with the right resources who would not only jump start my success, but would allow me to make quantum leaps”.

In 2005, to share her passion for helping women recognize their personal power to create amazing results in life, Janet launched WISE Solutions.  Offering a range products, events, and networking activities, WISE Solutions - evolved in 2008  to become, The Collaborative Factor.   It’s mission is to brings together highly motivated professional women and solo-entrepreneurs with powerful resources and strategies for success and collaborate on a global scale that enhances all our lives.
