A W.I.S.E. MMG is your personal board of directors, and incorporates best practices outlined by Napoleon Hill, as well as first-hand knowledge from Janet's experience facilitating groups for Fortune 500 leaders.
W.I.S.E. (Women Inspired to Seek Excellence) creates a unique environment for every MasterMind Group. While the meeting facilitator provides the structure and tools, each new group develops its own mission statement and rules of engagement, to guide its purpose, growth, and transition.

Who can join a WMMG?
Membership is open to any forward-thinking woman who wants to be inspired and supported in clarifying
and attaining her personal business goals. You must be willing to actively participate – giving and sharing freely with knowledge, expertise, feedback, insights, and support. Live groups are limited to nine participants; a teleseries can have a maximum of five. In this way, the group can freely share insights, best practices, and aspirations, while developing, encouraging, and learning from each other
in a confidential and nonjudgmental environment.
When and where does the group meet?
A WMMG meets weekly or bi-weekly for a one-hour session, either in person or via teleconferencing.
